Cured-in-place pipe lining

The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining. This work consists of providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish the CIPP lining of all 7,021.91’ of 8” Vitrified Clay Pipe Sewer Mains and Grouting of 76 Sewer Laterals, and providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish the CIPP lining of Storm Drain Pipes, 12” X 273’, 18” X 555’, 24” X 160’ within the City of West Melbourne, Florida.

All bids shall be based on the bid documents and specifications included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion within 60 days from notice to proceed. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule.

Sealed offers, in two (2) originals, for furnishing the services, supplies or equipment described herein will be accepted at the City of West Melbourne, c/o Cynthia Hanscom, City Clerk, 2240 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida 32904 until 2:00 pm on January 25,2023.  Under no circumstances shall any bid offer be accepted after the above-stipulated date and time.  All bids will be stamped as tot the date and time the bid was submitted.  The date and time stamp shall be used to determine the timely basis of all bids.  

This is an advertised solicitation and the offers will be publicly opened at the West Melbourne City Hall located at 2240 Minton Road, 2nd Floor, West Melbourne, Florida 32904 on January 25, 2023 at 2:10 PM.

The supply, delivery, construction, equipment quantity, unit price and total cost amount of the referenced project shall be based on the bid documents.
