ACH Automatic Payments (Bank Draft)
Automatic Debit (ACH) Authorization, provides customers with the opportunity to have utility payments automatically withdrawn from a checking account each month. An ACH authorization agreement must be completed and returned before an account can be set up for automatic payments (bank draft). View the ACH Authorization form (PDF).

If you have been notified that your water service is scheduled for Shut Off, please contact the Utilities Department if making a payment in order to avoid service interruption or to have your service restored. Please note that payments made using a credit card, debit card or e-Check will incur a processing fee of 3% with a $2 minimum.
Payments made by cash, check or ACH AutoPay will not incur a processing fee. Additionally, many banking institutions offer online bill payment services free of charge.
