Make a Payment
If you have been notified that your water service is scheduled for shut off, please contact the Utilities Department if making a payment in order to avoid service interruption or to have your service restored. The Utilities Department can be reached at 321-837-7750.
Please note that payments made using a credit or debit card will incur a processing fee of 2.95% with a $1.95 minimum. Payments using an e-Check will incur a processing fee of $2.95. Please click here to make a one-time payment by selecting “Pay Now” or sign up for Auto Pay by selecting “Register Now.”

Payments made by cash, check or Auto Pay using your checking account will not incur a processing fee. Additionally, many banking institutions offer online bill payment services free of charge. To sign up for Auto Pay using your checking account, please click here and select “Register Now.”

Account history is available by selecting online utilities account access. Please note that you will need your account number or address and PIN before being able to search your account information.
seasonal customers
For seasonal customers, please verify you are selecting the correct form below. If you plan to pay seasonal rates while you are away and have your account on hold, complete the “Seasonal Shut Off and On Form”. If you fill out the “Water/Sewer Disconnection” form, you will close out your account completely. If this is used, you will need to reactivate your account by completing the “Application for Reactivating Services” and submitting a new deposit and service fee at the start of service.
