Wood Haven Manor Drainage Improvements Nearing Completion

The construction plans and specifications were completed, and the required construction permit was received from the St. Johns River Water Management District.  Consent for construction was obtained from all ten property owners in the neighborhood where such consent was required.  The construction project was sent out for bids and the award of bid was approved by the City Council on March 6, 2018.  Construction started on April 2, 2018, and is currently scheduled to be completed around July 31.  To view the final construction plans, click on this link Final Construction Plans.
