Homestead Tax Exemption
Eligible Florida residents may apply for homestead year round by March 1. To apply, you will need the following documents for all persons on the title and residing on the property:
- Deed or tax bill in your name
- Florida driver’s license
- Florida vehicle registration
- Florida voter’s card
- Social Security card
