Owners of improved real property must not permit tall grass and weeds to exceed a height of more than 12 inches. Property owners must keep their property free from any trash and debris, rubbish, junk, litter or fallen trees.
Junk or Inoperative Vehicles
It is unlawful to keep, store, cause or allow to be kept or stored on any property within the City, any dismantled, party dismantled, inoperative, or discarded personal property such as machinery, motor, or other type vehicles, boats, trailers, scrap metal or junk.
Parking Commercial Vehicles in Residential Areas
Unless rendering services to a residential location, the parking of any commercial vehicle in a residential area is prohibited. A commercial vehicle is defined as a vehicle having more than 4 wheels, more than 2 axles, over 8 feet in height or more than 22 feet in length.
Fence and Wall Maintenance
All fences shall be maintained in their original upright condition. Fences or walls designed for painting shall be maintained in their original condition. Missing or damaged boards, ironwork, wire fabric or posts must be replaced in a timely manner.
