Notice of THE CITY OF WEST MELBOURNE-BREVARD COUNTY JOINT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA) MEETINGS
In compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 189.015, the City of West Melbourne hereby gives notice that the City of West Melbourne-Brevard County Joint Community Redevelopment Agency has filed an annual schedule of its meetings for 2020. The CRA meetings listed below will be held in the Council Chamber, 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, FL 32904
Tuesday, March 3, 2020 – 6:00 p.m. (Annual Report)Tuesday, May 19, 2020 – 6:00 p.m. (Budget)Tuesday, August 11, 2020 – 6:00 p.m. (Budget Resolution)Tuesday, December 15, 2020 – 6:00 p.m.
The Annual Report for FY 19/20 (fiscal year ending September 30, 2019) of the West Melbourne-Brevard County Community Redevelopment Agency as well as the Agency’s Annual Report will be available during business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) in the Office of the City Clerk, 2240 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida 32904. These documents will be discussed at a public meeting by the West Melbourne-Brevard County Joint Community Redevelopment Agency on March 3, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, FL 32904. The annual budget will be discussed at the May 19, 2020 and August 11, 2020 meetings.

Interested parties may appear and be heard. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made during the meeting will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based. Persons with disabilities needing assistance or an interpreter to participate in this public meeting should contact the City Clerk at 321-837-7774, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Changes in the meeting schedule will be posted on the City’s website without any further published notice.
