NOTICE is hereby given that the City of West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida, has called for Public Hearing(s) to be held as follows:
West Melbourne Board of Adjustment, December 18, 2019, 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Council Chamber, 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida.
The purpose of these public hearing(s) is to consider the following:
A request for a conditional use and initial site plan approval as provided in Chapter 98, Article III., Division 13. – M-2 General Industrial District, Sec. 98-564. – Conditional uses, the storage of liquefied petroleum products, of the Code of Ordinances to allow for the future development of a liquefied petroleum product wholesale distribution facility on 2.0 acres on the south side of Ellis Road and east of John Rodes Blvd on the following described property:

All persons and parties are hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting or hearing described in this notice, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, said person or party may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
