Clarification of the Reuse Schedule for Hammock Lakes East
This News Flash is to provide clatification of the reuse irrigation schedule for the Hammock Lakes East Reclaimed Water Customers. The April 28, 2008 reuse irrigation schedule divided Stratford Point and Hammock Lakes into morning and evening irrigation periods on Wednesdays and Saturdays. However, the intended division between the two communities was not clearly identified. This has resulted in an unbalanced irrigation demand between the morning and evening irrigation periods, contributing to lower pressures for some of the customers during the morning period. The City's consultants, staff and Hammock Lakes community leaderrs have agreed to revise the irrigation schedule for Hammock Lakes East.

Effective Wednesday, June 11, 2008 the reuse irrigation schedule for Hammock Lakes will be as follows:

Wednesday and Saturday 4 pm to 8 pm - Hammock Lakes East and West including the following streets:

Glasbern Circle

Addresses: 64 Sedgewood Circle through 455 Sedgewood Circle

Tuscarora Court

Stockbridge Way

Brunswick Way entrance area

Hammock Lakes Park will be irrigated on a separate schedule.

The City is continuing performance testing and fine tuning of reuse distribution system. In order to conserve reuse water supply, portions of your community have been manually valved off during non-irrigation periods to prevent over-use of water. This practice will continue under the June 11, 2008 schedule. To ensure you receive reuse water for irrigation, your timers must be reset for the revised schedule by Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 6 am. Additional information regarding measures to improve the reuse service will be provided to your community in the near future.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during this period of change.

David Reynal, City Manager
