City Announces New Telephone Numbers
Customer Service Is Our First Priority!
The City of West Melbourne is always striving to find new opportunities to provide better customer service.
Along with the upgraded digital telephone system installed last year came the ability to make improvements in the handling of phone calls coming into City Hall.

To streamline a caller's telephone experience, the City is announcing new telephone numbers which reflect the City's new usage of departmental numbers. While the 321-727-7700 number will remain the central City Hall number, each department now has individual telephone numbers. Callers will now be able to dial direct to the department with which they need to conduct business, eliminating the need to speak with the city receptionist or to enter an extension. All calls to the new numbers will be answered by departmental personnel.
For further convenience, a new telephone number has also been designated for utility customers making credit card payments by telephone.

- City of West Melbourne Blood Drive is being held Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. The Big RED Bus will be parked in front of the racketball courts at Bryant Adams Park, 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne.
